Due to the changing regulations, industry trends and increasing demand, the electric vehicle users are looking for new sustainable charging solutions spread on the territory. The main issues for Electric Vehicle users are the lack of infrastructure for e-mobility, the unavailability of EVs charging points and the range anxiety due to technology limitations of EVs battery system.
The EVs charging solutions connected to the national electric grid are not feasible and affordable for hotels, resorts, gas stations owners and municipalities which do not want to rent their land to traditional EVs chargers. When these companies inquire at traditional EVs charger firms for the development and integration of a charging point, they run into high investments for grid connection without owning the physical asset (charging point) or they have to lease their land.
This situation yields to a market demand which is not satisfied with the business model carried on by traditional EVs charging operators. As a result, there is a market gap between the demand from gas stations, hotels and similar and the supply from traditional EVs operators.
